Just a reminder that you can register for the World Championships at the race at Hillingdon on 8 April. Payment by cash, cheque or bank transfer.

OR..... You can request a registration form by sending me a PM with your details and I will send one to you via email or post. Forms will also be available at all BHPC races until 24th June (York).

See the website for all details. http://wc2018.bhpc.org.uk/

Race registration for adults is £50 until 11th May, then, if spaces remain, £60 until 15th June and £70 until 10th July (but full goodie bags cannot be guaranteed for those who register late i.e. too near the date of the event!) Registration for juniors aged between 12 and 15 years on 13th July is £25 and doesn't change.

Camping is available to anyone attending the event whether racing or spectating. You can book camping pitches at £10.50 per night per pitch for tents, caravans or campervans.

Thanks
Heather (treasurer)

Are there any posters we can have to put up in appropriate places locally?

We are extending the deadline for early bird registration (for £50) until end of Monday 14th April, so if anyone attending Betteshanger/Redbridge you will have one last chance to pay the cheap rate by cash/cheque(or pay online by end of next Monday)

If you need an overflow for camping I'd suggest Solley's Ice Cream Campsite. £12 without electricity and £14 with. I'm leaving my caravan there for three weeks over the period the Worlds are on. I chose there rather than Betteshanger because it has electricity for the caravan (and I know the farmer). It has a new shower/toilet block. It's two miles from Betteshanger, and yes it makes and sells ice cream and sorbet.
