Worlds-France - News in from Jean-Charles Gosselin

Here is Allegre 2006 poster

If you can find anyway that recumbent or bicycle dealers show it into their
shop, it would be great !

It is supposed to be printed on A3 paper.

RACES
We have the official papers! The time trial will be fully closed to
traffic. 16 km out of 18 km of the criterium circuit will be also closed to
traffic, the last two kilometers on a bigger road will be one way and
priority given to riders.

So far, everything is going fine. We'll rely on the Dutch association for
the timing. They'll do the job better than us.

TV
A Polish TV should come to take a record of the races. We will have also
France 3 channel.

BOOKS
Richard, if you or other BHPC members have books to sell on HPV, we can
show them on our stand.

HPV EVENING
On Sunday 6th, in the local movie theater, we will show a slide show from
Matthieu Monceau's recumbent tour around the World, 33 min with good music.

We will also talk about the benefit or riding or exercising daily after
showing the result of a thesis led by Dr Jean-Luc Saladin and based on a
statistical study from Denmark (13000 people over 15 years).

If you had a short professional video on HPV (air HPV) we could use for
free, it would be great. At least English subtitle will be appreciated by
French audience.

I'll be on vacation starting Friday night. Please use my gmail.com email
address afterwards.

Best regards,

Jean-Charles
