Its a green first aid case, I think the "official" BHPC first aid stuff was in a Sainsbury's carrier bag last time I saw it. Hopefully we won't need to use either.

Ok Folks this is how I want the meeting to go:
10am to 10-45 Sign-on
11 to 11-30 25min + 1 Lap race Anti-clockwise (Fast)
11-45 to 12-15 25min + 1 Lap race Anti-clockwise (Slower)
12-30 to 1-00 25min + 1 Lap race Clockwise (Fast)
1-15 to 1-45 25min + 1 Lap race Clockwise (Slower)
I am not anticipating that this will be carried out with millitary precision, but I will attempt to run a tight timeline to ensure that we are finished in time for folks to maybe get a shower before the AGM. (Oh and we do need to chew the results before the presentations!)
If I can get there early then sign-on can commence earlier

Are arrangements for opening up/closing down in place? It's usually Andy Forey / Barry Brown. I've had a note from the Circuit organisers about procedures which I'll pass on once I know who's doing it.

I've just added your user account to the "BHPC Member" group so you should be able to see it now (you may need to log out and back in...)
 
There are at least two other user accounts for you (stuart@bikefix and Stuart D). I'll disable those unless you would prefer to use one of them instead of the new one??
 
The agenda was also in the most recent edition of the magazine.
 
Way too late to amend the agenda but I hope Keith will be at the AGM to give us a report on the website and any comments/suggestions can be taken then or under "Any Other Business" if we have time...
