Many thanks Andrew. The average speeds look about 1 mph optimistic to me, but I guess it doesn't matter.

You're quite right, John. That really is spooky - your result changed in the spreadsheet since I saved it yesterday, yet the only change I made (or thought I made) was to Andy Forey's bike. I shall double-check nothing else has changed then fix the final tables.
