I could stow some stuff but unsure if I will be at the first race next year. Do we have the races for 2023 planned yet?

Thanks Jonathan.
Is there anyone going to Hillingdon on Sundaywho would store any of this over winter and bring to the first race next year? We will take the tent and the first aid box. |

There's been some confusion over the start time for Hillingdon on Sunday.
For the avoidance of doubt: Racing will begin at (or shortly after) 11:00, starting with the slower group. The race format will be 30min+1lap anticlockwise, followed by 30min+1lap clockwise. The awards ceremony and AGM will take place in the clubhouse afterwards. We hope to have access to the track for warm-up from 10:00, possibly earlier, depending on how quickly they're able to unlock the vehicle access gate. Please could people leave the parking near the clubhouse free for wheelchair users. See you there. |

Last race of the season on Sun 16 Oct at Hillingdon Gates will be opened and signing on will be available by
10am. We need to run to time at this event as the AGM will take
place in the club house after racing has finished. Race 1: 11:00 AM 30 Minutes Anticlockwise for slower riders Race 2: 11:45 AM 30 Minutes Anticlockwise for faster riders Race 3: 1:00 PM 30 Minutes Clockwise for slower riders Race 4: 1:45 PM 30 Minutes Clockwise for faster riders The AGM will get underway as soon as we can after the racing
has finished and all the gongs will be handed out to the winners of various
classes. |

Good to see we're on the same page :)
I've just lightly edited the OP to include the start time.

Today's results are up at: http://www.bhpc.org.uk/Data/Sites/1/media/events/events22/12hillingdon/index.html
And the overall 2022 Championship table at: http://www.bhpc.org.uk/Data/Sites/1/media/events/events22/BHPC_2022.html I think we had exactly one missed tag read all day - which is probably a record - so thanks to everyone who managed to wear the right helmet, not stick things to carbon fibre, or sneak past the aerials in the RF shadow of a velomobile. This meant there was very little for the time team to do to correct the results other than tell it who'd stopped for mechanicals. This, combined with Past Me not introducing any exciting new bugs to the merge-o-matic, meant that generating the final championship table during the AGM was quick and easy. Do let me know if you spot any issues. Names that need aliasing or similar...
