While on the subject of Hillingdon, and assuming I can manage to drag my sorry donkey out of bed in sufficient time, is there some kind Professional Person or Person of Standing in the Community who has known me for at least two years and has a current BRITONS' passportwho would be prepared to counter-sign my application for a new passport?  Otherwise I shall not be able to go to the ball Battle Mountain, thereby leaving you nothing to read over the winter...

Additional: anyone signing up to this scheme will need to make a mental not of their own passport number on a piece of paper.

Bit late in the day, but running along with an increasing desire to have another bout of Audax recumbent riding before retirement, I'm going to come along to Hillingdon on Sunday and see what's happening.

Do you still need any help with organisation? [edit, err..that would mean telling me what to do, as I've not done any before!] PM if so, otherwise I'll just be wandering round looking at things. I'm pretty local [Chesham].

Also, wouldn't mind trying a raptobike if there's one available.

I have a full tank of fuel in my MINI at the moment but I have to pick Diane's son up from University on Saturday so I will need to get some more afterwards to get to Hillingdon. As I am first aider I thought I had better warn that I might not get there, although I will do my best.

Regards

Stuart

Just to confirm that the schedule of BHPC race events is as posted earlier in this thread, and as on the events page of the main BHPC site.

The listing in Laidback Cyclist issue 108 is incorrect: we are not visiting Jersey this year, and we have a race on Saturday 18th August at Stourport
Challenge Hurricane - MicWic Delta (Front half) - Burrows Ratracer
