a) Yes
b) Yes - there is a car rally this time,  and though they are in the paddock we can still park there.

Note that the Tavern cafe is only open till 12

I notice that the venue details on the club website still have a big 'ENTER HERE' label at the Tower entrance. I imagine it's too late to update that now, but maybe we should do something to re-direct people who go to the old entrance?

Arbut, rather like the residents of Puckoon and their church clock, we don't change that picture in order that it be correct at least every other year .

When we share with the pedal cars we only pay half the track hire fee. Does the same apply to sharing with cars? Note: I have already paid an invoice for the full amount of £352.

Katie S has offered to do the organisating for Castle Combe, unless anyone else has an urgent desire to do so? However signing-on is easily a two-person job, particularly when everyone is getting ready for the first race (there being no second race, newbies), so offers of assistance (Cookie?) will be gratefully accepted.

We aim to arrive onsite at about 10.00-10.15.

Unfortunately not, the arrangement with the the pedal cars was that we shared the booking for the entire track, I don't think they could just book the paddock.
The cars are only going to be on the paddock (no motor-vehicles on the track so no borrowing motorbikes Twed!) and there is plenty of room for us.
I  will have another ask though, since they have rather landed the cars on our booking but since there is no particular inconvenience to us (possibly a bonus for us since the Tavern will be open) I fear we have little grounds for argument.

I'm happy to help out with the signing on.

Slight update on the gate, having changed things they need to change again.
The BHPC entrance will now be the Camp gate - nothing like getting the arrangements up.

The car thing is a breakfast drive-in, mainly Porsche Club and according to the timetable the Competitors  gate will be manned from 8.00. The event nominally ends at 12.30 though the Porsche lot may stay longer.

Andrew, do you have any of the BHPC signs? If so it might be best to post them by the Competitors entrance to indicate that we need to be around the corner.
