To be fair im getting over a chest and done only 30 miles this week prior to that on and off.....
Any any way this will be the first race outing for my four wheel, so may not last the distance.

prefer doing my usual training regime - think about racing, get heart rate up, stop for a beer and curry then think about racing again - time will tell if it is a good regime! 
 
I was kidding i will turn up and do my best for any race that is organised! Thumbs Up

As this will be my first race (since coming along with my brother in 2000 ish and racing a penny farthing, for fun) Please be kind to me....3 hours aboard the trike could finish me off....but I will attempt whatever is decided....organisers rights and all that.....
 
now off to shed 15kilos off the trike.......and turn it into a velomobiel - hmmmmWink
To be happy and not get killed.

I'll list some stuff later. And ask all first aid riders/member to put your hands up. Tis a big CCT to cover, ok we have experience but need more than one :)
I'm traveling down Saturday and will be there early. And one know what time we can set up from?
I'd like to see a first aid car loaded on the pit lane. I know we have had probs before getting them to allow us the station a cars there but, we need these gats open anyway. I not expection trouble just palmning for....
Have we got, or if you have an open channel Hand CB type radio please bring them/it.

Hi gd I will help out as much as I can,will have some friends watching and can ask them to lap count,will bring camera as back up aswell.I have Ian f,Sam and John staying sat night so not much space left or be happy to put u up for the knight.
never stop it hurts less in the end

2 hours clockwise (take note: this is the opposite way we normally do it so will be faster along the start/finsih straight!!!)

200m sprint off flags and stopwatch, down start/finsih straight run in from top flat

80:20 split on points.

reg opens 30mins after we get in. all timings once I know what time we can get in and start......

what time can we get in?

Anybody know if the cafe will be open? I think in the past it has depended on what other events are going on... Car boot sale maybe?
