Still received nothing from the organisers... not even got a receipt.
Hope they've got some record of who's entered...

Does anyone know:
1) How many entries there are 2) If the charge is just for racing or whether spectators are being charged too 3) Where we go when we get there (two entrances according to the map, one for competitors which I assume we use?) 4) What time we need to be there to register assuming we've not prebooked

1) No
2) As far as I am aware no spectator charge - but then what would I kno
3) I suspect there will bee signes
4) Plenty of time before. Wea re due on at 12 so I would aim for 10.30 at the latest.
The forecast is good - bad omen!

I've just had an email from Dave Abrutat...
55 Racers entered so far but he thinks there may be drop-outs as well as late entries (such as mine).
The race is at 2pm.
I'm probably a C1 so there goes any chance of a decent place finish.
See some of you there (I'll be the one trying to keep up somewhere near the back).

Oops, sorry, cross purposes, I was referring to the handcycle race, not the BHCP Race, which starts at 12:30.

Yup, jolly good show, chaps.
I think Castle Combe works better the 'wrong' way round!

Certainly enjoyed the race and well done to the 2 guys I was racing against (I was the pedal car with the number 1 on the back).
Sorry I didn't catch up with you at the end to congratulate you but we got mobbed by hoards of adoring fans (well, 3 or 4 of them!)...
Will see you at Milton Keynes.
Question: If I put a driver who was 16 years old in a pedal car, would he be a "junior".

Racing is life...
Anything which happens before or afterwards is just standing around waiting to race....

He would have had to be under 16 at the start of the season.

Which was when?
[edit: sorry, March 20th]
I was thinking of taking one or two of the Swebbelli kids to Milton Keynes in a few weeks they are all PC2 in the BPCC so therefore turn 16 on or after 1/1/2005.
