	Just had a thought (that's my lot for the year and it's only May) - if you run a juniors only race, Sacha might feel a bit less than happy if excluded from the open race. Given that it is highly unlikely that any other junior will beat him (or quite a lot of us come to that) and his inclusion in a junior only race would negate the point of seperating them anyway. Also given that Hayes/Hillingdon is a mile round it will be very lonely for a handfull of riders. Possibly a 3 way split as per Eastway would be more appropriate - possibly with a larger middle heat to accomodate those off the back in the fast race and way off the front in the slow one.

	Very true.... I'm sure Sacha could show us all up in the open race and then go on to win the junior race on a unicycle with one hand tied behind his back... Git! I think you are right though, the 3 race format at Eastway worked very well and I think that is probably the way to go really.

	The question of extending the work on the day is possibly easier when you can talk it through rather than trying to do it by email. Though I must admit that the forum makes it easier. It just seems easier to resolve all these things at the time when everyone is there rather than quibling afterwards.
