I'll put you down for Darley Moor only for the time being...

Come on people, Hayes/Hillingdon is only a couple of weeks away and no-one is volunteering to organise.
Looks like it won't make it as a points event then...

Good on you Kev...

Kev does a big chunk of the work at most events and in between on the computer system...
Much appreciated but hardly fair. He likes to race as well and I'm sure he'd sometimes like a chance to sort his bike out and have a warm-up which is tricky when you are organising!

Would somebody who isn't helping at one of the other events like to volunteer to help out at Hayes (and Eastway)??

By the way, does anybody know who is going to have the keys to the gates and toilets at Hayes?? I believe that Dennis Adcock brought them along last time... Anybody know if he's coming this time??

And who has the stop-watches and flags etc and are they coming along??

If we work out who is going to organise at Eastway they can take the kit away from Hayes...

I am hoping for the first time, that this event there is no twddling with the computer post event.  It is now possible to produce all the result sheets and the HTML for the web site at the 'touch' of a button. (You just have to know which one to press Wink )
But back to Hayes.  I can do the registration, input the times for a couple of the races but someone will have to do the organising of the races themselves and one of the races input.  I would also like someone else to 'trial' using the computer so that I do not have to do this every time.
Come on  the rest of you - if you want to race then why not do a bit of work occasionally as well
THE ALTERNATIVE IS THERE WILL BE NO RACING! YOUR CHOICE

I have the stopwatches (many of which are presently receiving fresh batteries), flags  etc and shall bring them to Hayes - happy to pass them on to a willing volunteer for Eastway.
I'd like to ride at Hayes but am happy to do a bit of shouting for the other, i.e. the fast, race.

I know for a fact Dennis won't be at Hayes. I am trying to sort flights and lifts to/from LHR Sunday - will know by Thursday. If that is the case I will run with Hayes - shouting and all.

Thanks Sherri - Hope to see you there. Did anybody mention getting the keys to us when you booked Hayes?
