I have a vague memory of reading somwhere that the worst three results from a season were scrubbed, but this year on account of the extra Jersey racing it was going to be five.
I have done a quick search and found nowt on the subject. Can someone put me at ease and confirm my senilty - or not!?? Ian |

For now, see this, though this is one of a few things I'm trying to find a little time to update on the main race pages. The number of races you can drop has varied over the years as the number of races has done, but the number that count has always been about two-thirds, rounded up. So it's 8 races out of the 12 - you drop 4. Had I not included Jersey then it would have been 8 from 11 (dropping 3), 11 being as many as we could have fitted in without actually promoting a race on the same weekend as the Jersey event.

That's after a bit of strategic selection of the eight you want to enter - for example, I believe that Bubble & Squeak will not be making an appearance at the Jersey races . . .  |
