Thanks Adrian/gNick. Can't see anything that shows the layout of the track, so difficult to tell what it might be like - anyone local?

Call that 'North'??? Pah! Wink

I've found the track layout in the planning application (yes, I know!).

Though a bunch of photos isn't the same as riding it. When someone gets a chance to ride it low down, I'm sure I'm not the only one who'd like to hear about it.

* Not really a hill - more a slight dip! Damn, there goes any chance of a win Cry

I would call it South as well, or actually I would say it was down in the land of the Smoggies!

It's only about 20 miles from here so I'll go and have a look once it's open

Sorry - the link appears to be to a temporary search result. I've downloaded the document (10MB PDF) - rather than upload that, here's a screen shot:

It is a bit isn't it Graham, but with nice new tarmac Smile. For scale, how wide is a football pitch?

...Googles...Apparently, there was no standard size til 2007, when it was set at 68x105 metres. The penalty box is 40.3m wide though. You learn something new every day...and forget it again the next day...
