   Congratulations to Karen Darke who is a British paralympic cyclist, para-triathlete, adventurer and author. She successfully hand-cycled to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania on her ICE Full Fat Trike that has been specially modified to be a handcycle.

	Fantastic!!! Karen raced with us at Darley Moor in 2012 when she was training for the London Paralympics. She also set the handcycle record with Liverpool Uni at Battle Mountain of course. Legend!!
