It sez 'ere that the wacky funsters at Thames Water have close the Romford Road at its junction with Forest Road, practically next door to the venue, to fix a burst water main. They claim it'll be reopened by close of play on Friday but this is a water company and as such not to be trusted.

I'm making an executive decision on race formats:
2-lap Time Trial, followed by a 2-hour criterium race. (Unless Thames Water excel themselves, in which case we'll have a coliform-infested boat race.)

We’ve actually got the track from 11 I believe but the usual gathering and pointing and shiny things will start from about 10.
