2024 Event 12: Darley Moor - Sunday 13th October

Sign-on for BHPC members starts at 8:00am, Thursday 26th September and one week later for non-members (Thursday 3rd October).

If I had to guess, I'd expect a middle-duration race in both directions on Saturday, followed by something short like a time trial and then an everyone-in-together long race on Sunday.

I also note that, given that Darley Moor is one of the few tracks with a long straight, it may be worth blowing the coal dust off the sprint timing equipment and doing a sprint event at some point over the weekend.

Nigel Slee and Stix have gained a lap since this afternoon (We stopped recording too soon, and a missed tag read due to turning his head sideways while passing through the finish line respectively), but I don't think it changes anything points-wise.  Otherwise flawless data, which is what the time team like to see for the last race of the season (especially those of us who are dripping with sweat after riding for 90 minutes with our heads in a bucket  ).
