Just introducing myself.
I've joined the club after getting interested in recumbents and HPVs off of the YouTube - mainly GCN, but that's taken me to Saukki's channel and Velodreamer_ENG. I've been a cyclist since my early teens, and keen to chuck the car. I had a question on Cycling UK forum about a utility van, which maybe some of you contributed to. Anyway, it looks a great club - hope you don't mind a non-racer! Edward

Don’t worry - even those of us that race regularly would be stretching it a bit to call ourselves racers. 😁 GCN are usually fun when they come along but it always feels to me that their main aim is to take the p1ss out of us. 🙂 Quite a few of us post videos from our events on YouTube. David L’Hostis posts some great ones. You’ll be welcome to come along to any of our events, even if it’s just to watch, chat to people and look at the machines.

Yeah, unfortunately GCN does seem have a bit of a policy sneer about them at times. I guess controversy drives engagement, and more's the pity.
