Unfortunately it clashes with the BHPC event at Curborough (and the pedal car race the day before) so that will (hopefully!!) rule out quite a few BHPC folks...

It looks like this event may now be held in October:

It is a pity the Eurostar does not seem to have facilities to transport trikes/HPVs although bicycles can be transported.

The other possibility is the 129 miles of the Avenue Verte from Dieppe to Paris.
