I'm still messed up with the forum changes. I have no idea who will see this. I am planning to go to Monza, but have no idea how. Slash and I drove to Laupen. I can't drive on my own.

This will only be seen by BHPC members.

Posts in the "Public" areas can be seen by anybody and of course posts on the British Human Power forum can also be seen by anybody.

Hopefully!

Following all the troubles last year the forum was split in two...
The British Human Power forum is still hosted by Neil and is for general HPV discussion...

This forum is now hosted commercially and paid for by BHPC members - There is a club area which can only be accessed by members and a public area which anyone can see.
There was an agreement when the forum and web site were handed to the club that this forum should be for discussion of matters relating to BHPC.
Obviously there is some overlap between the two sites but generally this is for BHPC discussions and the British Human Power forum is for everything else...

Sir Humphrey Appleby could not have put it better Tongue.

Racing is life...
Anything which happens before or afterwards is just standing around waiting to race....

How about Monza? Anybody up for it? There is already a van load going but no space at present. I've done the organising for foreign events a number of times, which is why I don't want to do it again. Someone must be capable of proposing a van with some drivers. Will drive and pay.

Looks like I may go with Mike B and Lee. I will look into van hires but given the geography it may be best if Lee hires the van. I have fully comp insewerecence, so should be able to drive without extra insurance costs. A half decent van would be nice but Slash and I drove a complete dog to Laupen in a reasonable day.

Might be worth checking the wording of your insurance policy Jon... I'm sure mine says I can drive any other vehicle as long as it's not owned by me or hired to me...
Hire companies will usually want to see and photocopy the licence of every driver which may be a pain if you're at opposite ends of the country, unless the hire company has a local branch...
