Can anyone identify this machine for a friend:



I know nothing about it apart from the photo. I suspect that 'Optima' may only apply to the seat, not the whole bike, but I could be wrong.

Even less likely to be a Klein (as in aluminium-framed MTBs). Looks very Optima-like to me, but I could be wrong.

Just done a picture search - could be an Optima Dragon or an earlier incarnation?

The closest current Optima is probably the Dragon, which looks quite a bit more advanced, but this could be an early model.

'Klein' could, of course, be the size rather than the make.

Yes, I always thought it was amusing that Calvin Klein is best known for making 'smalls'! The font is very similar to that used by the mountain bike company though...probably a spare sticker.
