The organisers of the Barnstaple Grand Prix have said that they will allow recumbent bikes to take part in their pedal car race this year...

I did the race last year in a pedal car and it was great fun... very much a charity fun race rather than serious competition...

Nice place to spend a weekend though and there is lawn mower racing to watch as well which is a good laugh.

There is a tight hairpin (probably too tight for lowracers, but Sports Class machines should be ok...)

Anybody fancy it?? Please let me know ASAP as the event is only a couple of weeks away...
