Just thought I'd post this as I'll undoubtedly get caught in some cross fire...

In short a guy sells or at least attempts to sell recumbents in a fraudulent way, he is currently using a reversed picture of a Windcheetah as one of his products shots as 'eye candy'

Before anyone mails me yes I am aware of his other sites and no he hasn't got permission to use any images of Windcheetah's

Alan, I've briefly looked into what I could possibly do, think the only practical pursuit is to contact the ISP and quote copyright law at them, I think they are ultimately responsible and will shut him down for infringements.

Not sure of the laws of 'passing off' in the US.

I'll send you the previous email trail with Travis (guy at the beginning of the thread) he had run in's with the idiot when he wrote to the site sponsors, of which I wasn't one until he rattled my cage.
