Most sports have UK All Comers records. We don't seem to record those or UK rider records. Should we? Lothe though I am to volunteer, I am an experienced record observer and can probably do most of the work, maybe with Dave L. May go nowhere, but I know Natasha wants to record some records and Al Grace may want to. I know the usual answer is "If you want it doing, do it". Any votes against?

Comments would be good too. If you have arguments against let me know. I was really messed up at the AGM a few years ago when proposing life memberships. Nearly pushed out of time. I don't propose to do that again.
