I am in the early stages of a Racing handbike build and I am looking for 20" wheels on stub axels to use on the rear.

Can anyone advise me on where I can purchase trike/handbike wheels such as these preferably within europe??

Try Royce (http://www.royceuk.co.uk/Pedal-Car/). They do Pedal Car hubs to which you could have whatever hubs you want laced.
