BeND Contest + Belgian Championship Elliptigo Zolder Sunday 29 July 2018

Address : Terlamen 30, 3550 Heusden-Zolder

Program:

10.00-10.30 Registration + warming up

10.30-11.30 Time trial 1 round recumbent bikes

11.30-12.00 Time trial Elliptigo + Step

12.00-12.30 free riding on circuit

12.30-13.30 1 hour race recumbent bikes

13.30-14.00 free riding on circuit

14.00-15.00 Belgian Championship Elliptigo - 5 laps (+ - 20km) + Step

15.00-15.30 free riding on circuit

15.30-16.15 45min race Recumbents (counterclockwise)

16.15-16.45 free riding on circuit

16.30 Award ceremony

People who like to ride on the circuit with recumbent bike, velomobile, trike, scooter, elliptigo, etc can do this during the break. You do not have to participate in the competitions. Leave the track in good time before the start of the race

Provide yourself with sufficient drinks + food, there is nothing available on the circuit.

Toilet and showers should be available

No motorized vehicles on the circuit

Drones are forbidden
