Hi,
I have just been given a Bacchetta Strada frame, and am trying to sort out a front brake.  Ideally I need a dual pivot calliper but with the cable on the left (opposite side to normal), and with the cable entering from the bottom.  This is to miss the chain on the right and give clearance to the main frame tube.  However is there a way of modifying existing front dual pivots i already have?  I have seen an adaptor in the US but they don't post here.

Can't put the calliper on the back of the fork as no room.
Final option is to try and get one from the US as I think there are no distributor in the UK anymore?
Any bright ideas gratefully received!
Thanks
Andy

I also need a left handed caliper as I need to fit the rear brake upside down in it's original position after returning the chain to it's original position, but I wasn't sure the Brompton would fit the D6 so I bought this one.  http://www.sjscycles.co.uk/brakes/front-diacompe-dc808-ebike-caliper-brake-6179-mm-drop/" rel="nofollow - http://www.sjscycles.co.uk/brakes/front-diacompe-dc808-ebike-caliper-brake-6179-mm-drop/

Chain doesn't drop into 9th as soon as you touch the bike anymore and at last it's rideable without having to pull away in 9th.

SJS have quite a few left handed calipers. Also eBay.
