Hellooo Everyone
Ok, so I am waiting for a new knee and my GP told me back in November that I would have a better outcome if I could do something to rebuild my quad muscle which was non existent.
I had an old recumbent bicycle from 20 years ago in the attic. So I have been twiddling away on it regularly on a mag trainer with a reasonably good outcome
I now have an interest in a recumbent trike or velomobile.  Sorry for the long post but any input would be gratefully received. I’m 62 years young, 1.80 tall and 80kg
(At the moment I’m comfortable up to about 20 miles at over 16 mph on my steel regular bike so getting there)

Hi there, if you would like to check out some of our Velomobiles on our website I am sure that you will find something suitable. We at velo ads are the UK dealer for Velomobiles. Here is the link to our website https://www.velo-ads.com/
Best John.

Hi John,
Thanks for the reply. After watching your YouTube videos I feel I already know you😂😂
Sunny Northern Ireland is still in lockdown. I have made arrangements to have a spin on an Ice Trike and a HP Velotechnik trike in Glasgow whenever I’m allowed to,
Come the summer maybe I’ll have a better idea which direction I go
