With the excitement of Rhyl building for next week, please don’t forget that entries for Odd Down (Bath) open for BHPC Members on Thursday morning!
I will be organising that one and as the track works well in both directions we’ll be doing 30 minutes + 1 lap Anti-Clockwise followed by 30 minutes + 1 lap Clockwise, split into the usual two groups, nominally faster and slower...
If we could have a volunteer to start/finish the slower race that would be useful please as I’m hoping to be in it!!!

The Tweds will help with the organising, which will work out well as if my rib allows me I will also race.

Please note that there is now a "Clean Air Zone" in Bath - worth checking if you will be poassing through it and if you need to pay a charge.

I've had a request for a timetable of events.  I'm guessing we'll be kicking off with the first slow race at 13:00?

Yep!
We have the track booked from 12:00.
We’ll let everyone have a practice/warmup then get the first race started as soon as we can. I’d guess it will be around 13:00

Andrew has informed me that we need two long extension leads to reach the mains supply at Bath.  The BHPC one is 50m, and I'll bring my own 25m, but could someone else bring one too in case that isn't quite long enough?

I've got an 18m reel and Dave Griffiths has kindly offered to bring along his generator in case its needed.

Results from the timing system are now up at: http://www.bhpc.org.uk/Data/Sites/1/media/events/events22/07bath/index.html" rel="nofollow - http://www.bhpc.org.uk/Data/Sites/1/media/events/events22/07bath/index.html

Due to the entirely predictable demise of the generator, results for the first fast race are brought to you through a combination of RF voodoo; Natalya and Anne's hard work; stop-motion video; crappy smartphone video; counting fence posts; educated guesswork and general bistromathics.  We're reasonably confident about all but a couple of the finish times, and the lap counts all look sensible, but the individual lap times might be a bit vague and extrapolated in the middle.

We're pretty confident about the results for the other races, where problems were limited to a couple of iffy tag reads and a DNF rider.

As ever, let me know if you see anything that looks wrong.

I've provisionally updated the points table at  http://www.bhpc.org.uk/Data/Sites/1/media/events/events22/BHPC_2022.html" rel="nofollow - http://www.bhpc.org.uk/Data/Sites/1/media/events/events22/BHPC_2022.html

I just spotted that Shane Booth was in the championship table twice with two different spellings, and have now aliased them together...
