Hello everyone,

on the occasion of the Monza Sport Festival

https://www.ussm-mb.it/monza-sport-festival-2025/" rel="nofollow - https://www.ussm-mb.it/monza-sport-festival-2025/

we’re hosting, on Saturday, May 24, 2025, a full day dedicated to recumbent HPV enthusiasts. You’ll find us from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM at Paddock 2 – Stand 21 of the Autodromo Nazionale di Monza. Registration is mandatory but completely free—no license, no medical certificate, no fee required. Simply stop by our stand, sign the liability waiver, and pick up your track pass.

Thanks to extended access, the pit lane will open at 1:00 PM (instead of the usual 1:30 PM), giving you the chance to ride until 2:30 PM on the full circuit. In the paddock we’ve reserved a dedicated garage where you can stow your recumbent safely and slip straight onto the pit lane or track without any extra wait.

For the more competitive riders, we’re running the Chrono Challenge:

  • As soon as you exit the pit lane at 1:00 PM, start your bike computer or Strava and aim to rack up as many laps as possible at your highest average speed.

  • At 2:15 PM a bell will signal the start of the final lap—complete that lap, head straight back to the garage, and stop your timer to record your official time.

  • If you’d rather take it easy, you’re free to enjoy the circuit at your own pace until 2:30 PM, no timing required.

Throughout the day, our instructors will be on hand to walk you through the technical features of the HPV models on display and to guide you in your test rides. You’re also welcome to bring your own recumbent to show off to fellow enthusiasts or let guests give it a try.

We recommend entering the Autodrome via the Vedano gate and parking in the inner Parabolica area—the paddock is just a few minutes’ walk away. We’ll be back on Sunday, May 25, at the same hours and location for deeper dives into the bikes and further test sessions.

We look forward to seeing you at the “Temple of Speed”!
