Here is the list of people volunteering, to date, to act as organisators and nominated first aiders for the forthcoming season. It's a rather empty list and needs filling! Without people willing to take these roles, there is no racing. (If I've missed someone volunteering, I apologise). Even if you haven't organisated before, please at least step up as an assistant, to give yourself a chance to learn what it's about. Please let me know (post here, PM, or tell me at an event) which event and which role you will take on. Adrian,
I have just passed my 3 year first aid refresher so I am once again certified! I plan to do Stourport, Hogs Hill and Hillingdon. Paradoxically I put my back out practising CPR so had to stay in bed on Sunday instead of joining in the fun at Castle Combe! Also happy to be an apprentice/assistant/trainee organisator at one of those if there is a grown up to help me. Stuart

As my recovery schedule is ahead of plan, I expect to be fit enough to get along to some of the events later in the year. So, as long as I'm spared any weight lifting tasks, I'll be happy to be an assistant at Lancaster, Stourport and Hillingdon. Alan B. |
