We are promised some pre-event publicity in the local press and the Kidderminster Shuttle (West Midlands Express & Star series) have asked for a short race report with pics as a follow up. Is there a nominated Laid Back Cycling reporter I can liaise with?

Still no takers tro organise at Stourport?

Mike has asked me to see if anybody would be willing to put some words together for the magazine... Anybody up for that??

If there really isn't anybody else willing to organise I'll do it but...

If I do it I will not be using the timing system - It will be tally sheets and stopwatches.
So please bring a pen and a bit of paper with you if you can and be prepared to count laps for somebody in whichever race you aren't in...

Results will be available on the forum by Saturday night.
In my humble opinion the timing system is more trouble than it's worth in its current form.

Who has the stop watches and laptop?
Will we have a spreadsheet available with the Lancaster results included before the weekend??

Racing will be 30 minutes in each direction.

If anybody isn't happy with any of that feel free to organise...

Any  help will be welcome - especially somebody willing to start/stop the slow race so that I can have a ride...

I have the stopwatches, and will be bringing them.  As far as I know the laptop is in Bloxham with Derrick or Geoff, so should get to Stourport.

The Lancaster results are now incorporated into the spreadsheet (though not quite posted yet) so I'll bring it along on a memory stick, ready set up for Stourport.
