Hi Dave. I use the OneDrive because it comes with my Office subscription and makes auto backups of all my files gives me 5TB of storage and lets me give copies of Office to 5 other computers and gives every copy with 1TB of storage, all for the annual subscription of £75. All the best. Roy |

Sorry Roy, I have not seen this post until today. As Kim mentioned, the tail box was a compromise installation on my trike, so I decided to sell it. It fitted well on Optima and looks perfect.
I am glad that you find a way of fitting the tail box on your trike. So with the tail box fitted is the trike more practical then the velomobile? |

Hi John No, not really. The After 7 is very practical, but it is scary fast on the downhill sections, fine on the uphill sections because it is so light. The reason I took to using the Sprint 26 a lot was because it was originally electric assisted which suited my SVT heart arrhythmia when it was having an event as it flattened out the ride effectively and let me ride for longer because it was easier on my heart. But two things happened, the motor stopped working and despite my and ICE's best efforts to fix it made me realise it was going to be impractically expensive, and given the very low gearing, it had I could ride it without the motor anyway. Also I had become very good at managing my SVT heart arrhythmia to the point I very rarely/never get it so it was better as a training aid because it is a lot heavier than the After 7, so gives my legs a better workout as I don't need to slow down all the time. My training route is a lot harder, because of all the very steep hills and bends, than the tracks we race on. So I'm trying to get faster and fitter with the Sprint 26 and save the After 7 for the racing. I'm putting out more power now, than before I had my stroke so when I race I'm hoping to be faster than I have been in previous races. The reason I haven't been on the tracks this year is that I was booked in for Colchester but my wife had a TIA while I was packing my stuff on the Saturday morning and I had to call an ambulance to get her taken to hospital and I've been nervous about leaving her alone to go racing since then, but I will do some races later in the year. I forgot to say that because I'm not using the motor now I could fit the tailbox in a better position as the battery, which is no longer needed of course, used to be in the way a bit. All the best. Roy's photo page has the embedded image, but the original image file is hosted on s2u4qw.am.files.1drv.com and has the suffix ?psid=1 that comes after .JPG. You can view that URL by clicking on the ellipsis and selecting View original. With the suffix deleted and the rest of the URL in mind, we get:
The original is a bit big, but the forum seems to auto-resize it ok. Edited by Arellcat - 05 June 2022 at 12:03pm |

Oh No it wont work anymore as Microsoft seem to have changed my one drive settings. This is supposed to be the link to embed a photo but while I can see it in the preview screen it won't embed in the post itself.
< id="BFI_" style="width: 1px; height: 1px; display: none;"> This is the photo. When I try and view "original" it no longer shows the source like it used to but takes me to a folder on my computer and wants me to save the photo. So I don't have a postable link. All the best. Roy |
