May be worth allowing a little more time for travelling if possible - Some roads in Essex were flooded today apparently and it's still widdling down here in Hemel Hempstead at the moment...

Thoroughly enjoyed the racing today. Thanks to all who organised it. The wife, who timed me in the last race, stuffed a stopwatch in her bag when picking all her stuff up off the grass. Can someone let me know who to send this to, or can it wait until Fowlmead ?

The average speeds all look a little low on the results... We have the circuit length listed as 1.0KM - My GPS says 0.7 miles... Anybody got any better ideas??

The centre list the bottom track as 1.15km (0.715miles) on their track layouts page. My cycle comp made it 1.13km last year so 1.15km this year is probably about right, allowing for the expansion of space-time since then.

Did anyone pick up a yellow Joe Blow track pump and a green cover for a folding chair? We are missing both items.

I think there was a yellow pump in one of the boxes that went with Leo... Can you confirm please Leo?

My Garmin said it was 0.7 of a mile round the circuit and my average mph in the first race was 18mph :-)

Not the fastest I know but good for me :-)
Love handcycling when it's not raining :-)
