Thanks to everyone involved in organising, we had a great weekend. The daughters enjoyed the playgrounds along the circuits while I got to ride around on my bike a bit Big smile

According to my Strava (yes guilty of using it)

Whole outside of track 1.6miles
Time trial 0.7miles/lap
The bit we used for the 40min race 1.3miles/lap

I could be wrong and would like someone else to verify??

My Garmin Recording shows for the long race lap distances between 1.45 to 1.48 miles; it depends on what path I used for the corners. On average the distance was 1.4636. Maybe it will be good if somebody else can also provide a distance to confirm my data.
I forgot to time my time trial, so I have no distance for that, but the Cyclopark site indicate 1.15km.

time trial: 0.71 miles
main race: 1.44 miles

NB: The only change I've made from the original sign-on sheets and results is to make Andy Forey  O/P/U instead of O/P/U/St/S. I'm pretty sure Andy's Festina is too low for Sports class, but if anyone wants to quibble....?

Yes, your laps should be shorter as you cut the corners. I took the fast tight corners very wide. Looking at the front tires today, I realised that I grind them half way. Just happy that the race at Gravesend did not last longer.
