Just starting the topic. I will be bringing the timing kit, but I think I will have done my stint after I've done the L/P results. I'll make sure it is there early and am happy to talk the next victim through what I know of it. Race formats?  One race each way? Not my decision!

Darley Moor is a good venue for having one race each way around the track, so I'd vote for that.

We do need somebody/bodies to volunteer to organisate the races.  As Jonathan says, you won't be left to deal with all the electronickery on your own and, especially if it's your first time, there will be several old hands willing to help you.  Please post here if you think it might be about time you took your turn - which is something most of you should be thinking...

Feel free tp PM me if you're thinking about it but have any concerns.

Adrian

I'll put my hand up to help with Darley Moor but not the electronics - I'm happy to help do sign on, money, flags, clocks, timing etc and whatever else is needed as so far this year I've only done a bit of light organisating help at Scunthorpe.

Thanks, Barney.  Thumbs Up

We'll sort out assistance with the timing system.

Did say I'd organist this one, but I'm happy to let someone else have a play if they want.

I'm more than happy to be a dogsbody if I can make it to Darley Moore.

Admittedly I've only taken part in three races but if you need anyone to help set up timing strips etc then I'm willing to help.

D'oh.  Me and my memory.  Looks like we'll have plenty of organisatorial hands on deck, then.

Now, let me go and actually check my notes to see if we've got one for Hillingdon and for Hog Hill (though I don't think we have, yet)...

I said I'd do Hillingdon II months ago. Happy to share the responsibility though!

Is that 11 or 2 in Roman? Very enigmatic!
