We may be required to provide our own first-aiders.  Is anyone intening to go to this event a qualified first-aider?  Please let me know.

We're racing on Saturday.  We have the track from 12.00.  Please be there in time to sign on well before 12.00 so we can be ready to race straight away.

As I'll be in France rather tha Reading on the 18th, I would appreciate any feedback on whether visitors (Players or Spectators) turn up as a result of press articles placed this week and flyers in Colleges.....

where will the signing in take place, in the carpark? or will it be track side? never been there before.

Are people allowed to just go in and watch like before 12.00?

Since we won't be able to get track-side until some time between 11.30 and 12.00 and we would like to be ready to race from 12.00, I'd suggest we get signing on completed before we get on the track.  Not sure if the car park or somewhere inside the sports centre will be best.
 
I wouldn't anticipate any problems with people spectating at the preceding stick-bike racing, either in the stands or outside the barriers around the outside of the track.

Some or all of the stick-bike racers wil be juniors so if watching and tempted to take pictures, it would be best to ask permission first

No Worries, I only needed to know, as I did not fancy getting there early and then having to wait about in the car park.
