I have just booked camping for the weekend - Please note that there are currently only SIX pitches available on the site for that weekend and they are likely to fill up with anglers pretty quickly so if you want to camp get in quick...

Adrian setter ;

 Day 1
a.m. Short time-trial on the top track
p.m. Middling-length race (two heats) (45 - 60 min) - bottom track

Day 2
Longer race (2hrs) - full track

Are there any start times known what time the races begin?
I'm on vacation in England and would like to ride this race

The races should start at around 11am each day - Best to get there well before that to allow time to sign on etc.
Look forward to seeing you there!

How Do All ;-)

Just wondering if anyone going to Fowlmead, that maybe has a van and is staying on the camp site; might have a spare space that I would be able to put my high racer in over night during the weekend please?
No worries if not; thought I would ask just in case.

Take care,
Barry ;-)

Not sure if we're kipping in the van yet...
One thought though - The people in the bar/cafe have always been really helpful when we've been down there fishing - may be worth having a word to see if campers can leave bikes inside overnight??

It's a pretty secure site I think but may be worth asking...

Current thought's for racing

Sign on 10am each day ready for racing at 11.

Saturday 10 mins + 1 lap on short circuit followed by 45 mins plus 1 lap on medium circuit. Split into fast & slow races

Sunday 1 lap time trial big curcuit followed by 2 hour mass race assuming we have at least a couple of non riding volunteers to organise otherwise 2 x 70 min races plus 1 lap, no time trial.

May change if inclement weather.

You're a dead man, Ian. The Hatter is Anne Coulson, not Jon - cherchez la 'femme' sur Google.
