I've done a re-edit of Russell's video with some added trackside footage. This gives an idea of what it was like watching the streamliners from the spectator viewpoint. I wasn't fully concentrating on filming the race until the last 5 minutes when I went and stood on the inside of the first corner (the video screenshot is from that postion). Quite something to watch them wizzing past every 15 seconds! |
