A thread for all things related to this event.

Location details, etc. are linked from the Events page

But most important of all, nobody has yet volunteered as Organisator(s).  Your club and your racing needs YOU!

I'll do it.
Nothing else on the horizon for that weekend.
Can you pm me a list of duties so that I can get my head round it?

Thanks, Martin!

I'll send a PM with duties, but may not get chance to do that until after the weekend

I'm happy to jump in as an assistant though it will be my first time at a race. I imagine if I can turn up and race, I can turn up and assist. Is there time to race and assist?

Thanks, Steve!

Regular racers who don't help with organising - be shamed!!

Yes, there is time to organisate/assist.  If you and Martin both get assigned to the same heat, some extra assistants will need roping in to start the race and call the finish, but that's never a problem.

Great. What time do the gates open? (Excepting a repeat of last year's hunt the thimble).

Steve,
How quick are you (average speed)?
Sign on normally starts at 10am I seem to remember so the gates should be open a little before that.
What sort of racing are people after this time out?
Time trial?
9 hour race Wink?
Devil?
